Five Good Reason to Choose Sue’s Pet Parlor 1. You will never hand off your pet to a receptionist. At Sue’s Pet Parlor you will first meet directly with the groomer to explain your expectations. At Sue’s Pet Parlor we know it is critical that the groomer examines your dog in front of you and assesses the condition of the coat. Our groomers will tell you then and there if the coat should be cut down or if your dog or cat could benefit from a special medicated bath or hot oil treatment. 2. Our staff is dedicated to giving your pet a positive experience. We know your best friend may be anxious or frightened at the prospect of being away from its owner. That is why we use modern equipment and techniques which get your pet groomed in the most comfortable atmosphere possible. We know it adds to a pet’s anxiety if they are groomed before the public. Therefore we control the grooming environment in order to relax your pet. 3. Our groomers aren’t just groomers. They are highly trained professionals who see it as their responsibility to educate pet owners. If you have a special concern or question about your pet or a particular breed or a product, ask our groomers. Since they have worked with hundreds of different dogs and cats they are able to give advice on topics as diverse as animal temperament, skin conditions, nutrition and care. 4. We at Sue’s Pet Parlor are always looking for new ways to please our customers. While Sue’s is famous for quality grooming, we know our customers also want quality pet gifts and supplies. For that reason we have updated our showroom to include the unique and useful. While we don’t carry the volume of the big pet supply stores, we strive to present the best products at the best prices to our customers. We appreciate our customers and we reward them often with coupon specials. 5. Sue’s Pet Parlor guarantees the work will be completed to the customer’s satisfaction. On average a groomer spends about 2.5 hours working on a pet. After that time, the groomer “knows” an animal from its head to its paws. A pet is released to the customer only after the best grooming standards have been applied. However, if an owner is not happy with a cut, a bow or a bath, tell us. We will do what it takes to correct the problem and make you and your pet happy. |
